  • Liverpool to win The Reds have won 20 of their 23 matches at Anfield in all competitions this season, drawing the other three
  • Mohamed Salah to score The Egyptian's tally of 21 goals in 33 games this season can be bettered by only two Premier League players
  • Darwin Nunez to have 1+ SOT Only two players have had more shots on target this season than the Uruguayan
  • Jan Paul van Hecke to be carded The Dutchman has received more yellow cards in all competitions than any other Brighton player this season

Liverpool will be eager to get back out onto the pitch after having two weeks to dwell on their dramatic 4-3 extra time defeat at Old Trafford in their last outing, which saw them exit the FA Cup at the quarter final stage.

Jurgen Klopp's side can focus on the league domestically now, with the Reds locked in an intense three-team title challenge where just one point separates the top three.

The Merseyside club were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester City in their last Premier League outing, and will look to get back to winning ways on Sunday afternoon with Man City and Arsenal playing each other in 4:30pm kick off, with at least one of them certain to drop points.

Liverpool head into the weekend second in the table, with only goal difference separating them from the top spot that Arsenal currently occupy, with both sides just a solitary point ahead of three-time defending champions Manchester City.

Brighton make the daunting trip to the teams with best home record in the Premier League this season having lost three of their last five games, one of those games being a 1-0 win in a Europa League tie they were 4-0 down in from the first leg.

The Seagulls head into the Easter weekend eighth in the table, just two points behind West Ham in the final top seven spot, having played a game fewer and also boasting a better goal difference, so their hopes of back-to-back European campaigns remain in their hands.

Roberto de Zerbi's side make the trip to Anfield looking to become the first away team to win there in the league this season, and just the fourth to return with so much as a point.

The south coast side have, however, lost five of their last six matches on the road, including each of their last three without scoring.

Surprisingly, Liverpool have won only one of their last eight matches against Brighton, and Klopp is yet to taste victory over de Zerbi as manager in their four previous meetings.
