talkSPORT understands David Moyes will depart when his contract expires at the London Stadium this summer while Klopp has already announced his intention to leave Liverpool.

Speaking on the White & Jordan Show on talkSPORT, it was put to Jordan that Tuchel could be London-bound when he leaves Bayern Munich this summer.

In a sarcastic tone, Jordan replied: "I can't think of a more wonderful match made in heaven than David Sullivan and Thomas Tuchel!"

It came in response to talkSPORT's chief football correspondent Alex Crook, who revealed that Tuchel was one of the names West Ham are looking at to replace Moyes.

While at PSG, Tuchel said he felt 'more like a politician than a coach', infuriating the club bigwigs and at Dortmund, he publicly criticised club CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke and had a training ground bust-up with chief scout Sven Mislintat.

Hammers sporting director Tim Steidten is actively drawing up a list of potential replacements and what might seem a fanciful appointment might not be completely outside of their realm with Tuchel already leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season.

A return to the Premier League appeals to the German, who might feel he has unfinished business in England after getting the sack at Chelsea in September 2022.

Mark Goldbridge labels Thomas Tuchel a 'wish-version of Mourinho' and says he's only good enough for West Ham if he wants another job in the Premier League

If West Ham don't get him, perhaps Liverpool will as they look to find a suitor with Klopp waving goodbye to Anfield next month.

After nine years at the club, the charismatic German will leave Anfield and Liverpool chiefs are scrambling for a replacement with Ruben Amorim and Julian Nagelsmann among the potential candidates to take over this summer.

West Ham are in action on Thursday night as they look to overturn a two-goal deficit to unbeaten Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League, live on talkSPORT 2.

On the same night Liverpool also must mount an unlikely comeback after a shocking 3-0 defeat to Atalanta at Anfield last week, with the second leg live on talkSPORT.
